To purchase online with a credit card, simply select the products and add them to your cart. Click "checkout" when you are ready to purchase. Your transaction is secured with SSL encryption and processed through Authorize.net.

To purchase using a Purchase Order, if you have a Purchase Order agreement on file, please send the completed and signed P.O. to sales@libertylabs.com. Upon approval, your product and invoice will be delivered electronically, and payment will be due within 30 days. If you do not have a Purchase Order agreement on file, and you operate within the U.S., you may download the agreement. Companies outside the U.S., please contact us.
To purchase using direct deposit or wire transfer, please contact us for routing information.
For products that are downloaded directly from the internet, your registration number and/or download link will be emailed to you within 1 business day after purchasing a license.
For items that will be physically shipped, the shipping charges will be quoted to you in advance. Items are shipped via U.S. Mail within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.
TRAIN TRACK® has a fully functional trial version which you may evaluate for an unlimited period. Once you have purchased a subscription and received your registration codes, the product cannot be returned. Please evaluate the product before purchasing as refunds cannot be issued after the trial period.
For specific versions or components that do not have a trial period, refunds may be issued within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
Customized products cannot be returned and fees for customization services are non-refundable, except in the case where an advance payment was made, and we were unable to deliver the customized product as required.
Subscription pricing is based on a yearly subscription. There is no discount for discontinuing your subscription before the end of your subscription period.
Sales tax for applicable purchases will be billed at the current rate.
A fee of $50 USD will be charged for all returned checks. Late payment service charges may also apply.
Accounts over 30 days are subject to a $50 USD service charge. An additional $50 USD charge will be added for each subsequent 30 day period the account is delinquent.
