Specifications


The Client + Web Edition uses a Microsoft® SQL Server® Express database. The Client Interface is powered by a Microsoft® Access® database (32-Bit or 64-Bit).

The Web Interface uses active server pages (.asp) and can be installed on a standard web server or Windows® server with nothing to install on client workstations.

System Requirements

Server

  • An instance of Microsoft® SQL Server® 2016 or better (you may use your existing version or SQL Server® Express which is free from Microsoft®). The database can be installed on the same server as other applications.
  • A web server configured to support .asp pages (for example, IIS which is included with most versions of Windows®).
  • At least 50 MB disk space. Extremely large databases may require up to 500 MB.

    • Client

  • A standard PC running Windows® 10 or better.
  • Microsoft® Access® 2016 or better. Workstations may use your existing version of Access® or the run-time version included with the installation files.

Web

  • A standard web browser.
  • Network access.

Capacity

  • There is no set limit to the amount of data or the number of users; these are limited only by your system configuration and disk space.
