Client support is a top priority at Liberty Labs. Our philosophy is to treat our clients the way we want to be treated. We are a small company, which means it may take us a little longer to get back to you--but when we do, we will know you as a name, not just an account number. Technical support for one year is included with your license. Support may be extended with the purchase of an annual support contract. On-site support and installation services are available for an additional fee. More information.

How to Get Help

  • Help files are included with the program. If you used the installer to install TRAIN TRACK®, you can access the local help files from your start menu, or from the menu bar within the program. If you do not have the help files installed, you may view the live help files here.
