Q: I am trying to reset my password, but am getting the following error:

ADODB.Command error '800a0d5d'

Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation.

A: Make sure that there is an employee record associated with the user record of the username you need to reset your password for. 

1. Open the user list screen and locate the user name.

2. If no employee is associated with the user, select one from the drop-down menu.
