EMAIL REPORTS


Email to Supervisors Only

In order to be able to send email to supervisors, you must first set up the email accounts and associate the correct employees.

1. Open each supervisor's Employee Detail record and enter the email address.

2. Open each employee detail record and select the correct supervisor.

3. From the Main Menu, Reports tab, select Email Trainings Due: To Supervisors Only. A box will open listing each supervisor, and the trainings that will be emailed to them.

4. You may scroll through the records, send the report to the selected supervisor, or send all of the reports to the appropriate supervisors. Note: Some versions of Outlook may require you to verify each email being sent.


E-mail to a list of recipients

This option sends a status report via e-mail to the addresses you enter. Addresses will be saved for later use. The report includes all trainings due within the specified number of days.
