Menu Bar

At the top of your screen is a menu bar which is available from any screen within the program.

• Exit: Save and close the program
• Records: Filter, sort and refresh records
• Save
• Page Setup
• Print Preview
• Print
• Undo
• Cut
• Copy
• Paste
• Find
• Sort A-Z
• Sort Z-A
• Compact and Repair: Database maintenance function that should be performed weekly, or as needed.
• Backup Database
• Help: .html help files
• User Manual: printable .pdf help files

Navigation Panel

All of the primary screens contain a navigation panel along the left side to allow you to easily move between screens.

Main Menu

When you start the program after your initial setup, you will see the Main Menu. From here, you may view or edit records, print reports, and maintain your database.

Records

From the Main Menu Records tab, you can access all of your data. You may also import and export data from here.

From the Main Menu Reports tab, you can print or send standard reports, as well as designing your own custom reports.

From the Main Menu Setup / Help tab, you can register the program, edit company name for reports, delete sets of records, and get help.
