INTRODUCTION

Keep track of employee training with TRAIN TRACK™.

This application tracks which employees are required to complete each training, and which employees have completed each training. This involves employee data, training data, and the relationships between them.

Just complete these simple steps:

• Enter your employees
• Enter your trainings
• Assign required trainings by job title, department, individual, or any combination
• Enter training completion records

TRAIN TRACK™ will do the rest:

• Determine which trainings are needed for each employee
• Determine when/if each training expires
• Track the status of each requirement:
  • Needed
  • Registered
  • Completed
  • Failed (if an exam is required)
  • Expired
  • Expiring soon
• Maintain records of all completed trainings, required or not
• Generate reports to print, export, or email.

The primary data screens that you will use are the Main Menu, the Employee Screen, and the Training Screen.

• The main menu allows you to navigate and administer the program, and print reports.
• The employee screen contains general employee data, and displays the trainings that are associated with that employee.
• The training screen contains general training data, and displays the employees that are associated with that training.

This program runs on Microsoft® Access™. If you do not have Access™, you can download the FREE run-time version from http://www.libertylabs.com/ARTsetup.exe

TRAIN TRACK™ is also available as an OPEN (.mdb) database file which YOU MAY MODIFY using Microsoft® Access™.
