PURCHASE BY MAIL

You may purchase by mail using a check, money order, credit card, or purchase order. Send the completed registration form, along with your payment, to:

Or send a purchase order including your company name, billing address, shipping address, PO number, contact name, and phone number. Your invoice and registration code will be emailed to you when the PO is recieved. Payment will be due within 30 days. Late payments are subject to additional fees.
