LICENSE FEE
TRAIN TRACK™ is licensed per user. A user is someone who accesses the program to edit records. Employees who log on to take online exams or view their own training status, or view the status of their subordinates, or read-only users, do not need to be licensed. You may track an unlimited number of employees and trainings with your license.
Each license allows for ONE database, or one set of data. You may also store backup, development and test copies. Additional locations which maintain separate databases, or additional databases within one location, require separate licenses.
Your license includes the annual support contract for the first year at no additional charge. This allows you to receive all product updates and technical support for one full year for free. Technical support is provided for the licensed product only (see Free Technical Support Policies). After the first year, you may purchase the annual support contract at the listed price.

UPGRADING
You may upgrade from one license type to another by paying the difference in price between what you already paid for your basic license, and the current cost of the license you wish to upgrade to. For example, if you purchased a Standard License today for $299 and wanted to upgrade to the Open Database Version, the cost would be $300.
CUSTOM
Liberty Labs can create a customized version specifically designed for you.
Customization: $165 per hour.
- Minimum of 1 hour.
- Customization of the current version only (does not include moving your customizations to future releases).
- Customization is guaranteed and bug fixes will be completed free of charge.
- You may do your own customization if you prefer. The open database license or higher allows you to make your own modifications with no additional charges.

Media is available when you purchase a corresponding program license. Shipping cost via US Mail is included.
