License Fee
TRAIN TRACK® is licensed per user. A user is someone who accesses the program to edit records. Employees who log on to take online exams or view their own training status, or view the status of their subordinates, or read-only users, do not need to be licensed. You may track an unlimited number of employees and trainings with your license.
Each license allows for one database, or one set of data. You may also store backup, development and test copies. Additional locations which maintain separate sets of data, or additional databases within one location, require separate licenses.
Your license includes the annual support contract for the first year at no additional charge. This allows you to receive all product updates and technical support for one full year for free. Technical support is provided for the licensed product only. After the first year, you may purchase an annual support contract to continue receiving product updates and technical support.

Upgrading
You may upgrade from one edition to another by paying the difference in price between what you already paid for your edition, and the current cost of the edition you wish to upgrade to. For example, if you purchased a Standard Edition License today for $399 and wanted to upgrade to the Client/Server Edition, the cost would be $600*.
Customization
Liberty Labs can create a customized version specifically designed for you.
Customization: $175* per hour.
- Minimum of 1 hour.
- Customization of the current version only (does not include moving your customizations to future releases).
- Customization is guaranteed and bug fixes will be completed free of charge.
- You may do your own customization if you prefer. The customizable edition license allows you to make your own modifications with no additional charges.
