RETURN POLICY

TRAIN TRACK™ has a fully functional trial version which you may evaluate for a period of 30 days. Once you have purchased this product and received your registration number, the product cannot be returned. Please evaluate the product before purchasing as refunds cannot be issued after the trial period.

Customization will be billed after the project is complete and you are satisfied with the results.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax for purchases within California will be billed at the current rate of 8.75%.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For products that are downloaded directly from the internet, your registration number and/or download link will be emailed to you within 1 business day after purchasing a license.

For items that will be physically shipped, the shipping charges are listed in the product description. Items are shipped via U.S. Mail within 3 business days unless otherwise noted.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Free technical support is included with your license for one year from the date of purchase. Annual support contracts are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If purchased prior to the expiration date of your previous support period for the same license, it will be valid for one year from the previous expiration date.

Support provided witrh your license or support contract is limited to providing technical support to registered users for setting up and running the licensed application. It does not include support for your network or hardware issues, or for any other applications. For the client/server version, we can provide help setting up the ODBC connection, but we cannot support issues with the SQL Server application itself or with network access issues.

Contracted technical support does NOT include:

• Customizing the program for you.
• Importing your data.
• Repairing problems caused by your or your employees while modifying the open version of the program.
• Recovering data deleted by you or your employees.
• Repairing corrupt database files.
• Updating a modified version of the program.
• Network or hardware issues.
• Any other software applications.

Support is provided via phone or email and does not include live web sessions or on-site support. Liberty Labs reserves the right to limit support in cases of abuse or misuse, or to discontinue or limit the time period for free support in the future.

 

ON-SITE SUPPORT

Each day of on-site support purchased includes having an expert programmer (typically the program developer) at your location for a full 8 hours. During this 8 hours, the programmer will provide training, help, customization, or other services as established in advance and agreed to under the project proposal.

You will be charged $999.00 per day, plus the cost of one hotel night per day, and the cost of one roundtrip business class airline ticket from San Diego, California, USA to your location per trip. For locations in the western US, economy airfare may be acceptable, call for more information. Hotel and airline ticket selection will be agreed to in advance. We are able to travel to any location that is within 60 miles of a commercial airport.

Cancellation

If you cancel the support day one week or more in advance, you will receive a refund of your payment less any non-refundable fees incurred for the reservations.

 

RETURNED CHECK FEES

A fee of $35.00 USD will be charged for all returned checks. Late payment service charges may also apply.

 

LATE PAYMENT SERVICE CHARGES

Accounts over 45 days are subject to a $50.00 USD service charge. An additional $50.00 USD charge will be added for each subsequent 30 day period the account is delinquent. Fees are subject to change without notice.
