I be able to move the program if I need to switch to a different computer
or network drive?
Yes, you may move it as many times as you need.
How do I move it from a local
to a network drive?
The program runs from a self-contained database
file. All you need to do is move this file to your network location.
There are no registry entries or other modifications made to your system
when the program is installed.
Do I need to have Microsoft® Access™?
No. You may download the free run-time version of Access™ from the Liberty Labs web site. This allows you to use the program without having a license for Access™.

What is the open database version?
It is an Access™ database file that you can edit.
Can
I get the program sent to me on a CD?
Yes, a CD can be mailed to you. See the purchase page for prices.
DATA
Will
I be able to keep data I have entered into the trial version?
Yes, you may keep using the same version with your registration number,
or import it into a new version.
How
many records can the database hold?
The database can hold up to 2 Gigabytes of data, or about 2 million records. If you
are going to have that many records, we recommend that you migrate to
an Oracle® or SQL back-end.
Can
I import my data from another program?
Yes. The standard
version includes functions to automatically import data from Excel®.
With the open source code version, you can import data directly into
the data tables from any ODBC application or other compatible format.
How many employees can I track?
You may track an unlimited number of employees.

How do I add a new user?
If you are not a registered user, you can edit users by entering the original registration code that came with your license. If you are a registered user, you can edit users from the main menu, help/setup tab.
CUSTOMIZATION
Can TRAIN TRACK™ be customized?
Yes. You may customize it yourself with the open database version,
or Liberty Labs can customize it for you.
How much does it cost for customization?
Customization is available for $85.00 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour.
If
I want to modify the program, will I be able to get help?
Yes. Technical support is included with your license.
COST
How much does it cost?
Single user license is $109. Additional users are $30 each. The open database version with unlimited users is $449. All prices are US Dollars and subject to change without notice.
Do I have to pay for each employee I track?
No. You may track any number of employees.
Is there an annual fee?
No. The license is a one-time fee. There is no annual fee.
How can I pay?
You may pay with a credit card by phone or online. You may mail a check or Purchase Order.

Licenses are per user for the standard version. The open version license is for unlimited users within one location.

I transfer the license from one employee to another?
Yes, the license can be transferred.
